All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.
Packaging & Protection
We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely.
For collectible cards, we ship using:

Soft sleeves (penny sleeves)

Hard protective cases (top loaders or equivalent)

Additional padding or reinforcement as needed
We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our possession.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with: A shipping confirmation A tracking number (if applicable) Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all U.S. states and territories unless otherwise noted. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.
International Shipping is not avaliable at this time but when it does become avaliable :Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times may be significantly longer due to customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, Poke Zachey is not responsible for: Lost packages Stolen packages Delays caused by the carrier Damage occurring during transit If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist with documentation if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for:
Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
Returns Due to Non‑Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Failure to pick up
Refusal of delivery
Any other applicable issues with delivery.

We will not be responsible to resend the product or provide any refund. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure we have all the correct information. Anything that is needed to be corrected email us immediately!
