At PokéZachey, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience for all customers. Because many of our products involve collectible items with condition‑sensitive value, our return policy is designed to protect both buyers and the integrity of the collectibles market.
Non Refundable Items (Strict No-Return Policy)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Loose Pokémon Trading Card Game singles

Opened booster packs, tins, boxes, or any opened trading‑card products

Any item where the factory seal has been broken
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and the risk of tampering, these items are final sale.
Returnable Items (30 Day Window)
Items that are not card‑specific may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Eligible categories include:

Bookbags and backpacks

Clothing and apparel

Books
-
Accessories

Other non‑card‑specific merchandise
Returns outside the 30‑day window will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers processing, inspection, and administrative handling.
Return Shipping Policy
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. PokéZachey does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund on eligible items:

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 3% restocking fee. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after the return is approved.
